Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Ireland is seeking a Team Leader Moulding Engineer in Limerick. The role focuses on providing technical leadership for injection moulding operations and driving process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage projects, support NPI, validate equipment, and mentor a high-performance team in a highly automated facility in Castletroy, Limerick. The position demands an engineering degree and hands-on experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 8 Honours Degree in a relevant science or engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or similar technical setting.
• Proven track record delivering results in engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for injection moulding operations.
• Ensure moulding equipment meets specs, schedules and budgets.
• Lead continuous improvement and drive OEE improvements.
• Support NPI through process characterization and stability runs.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products.
