Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead a team responsible for authentication decisioning capabilities. You will balance people leadership with technical execution and operational excellence, partnering with Product, Architecture, SRE and Programme teams to deliver outcomes.

You will guide engineering efforts on scalable, secure solutions, drive reliability and performance, and champion best practices across the engineering organisation.

Responsibilities

• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, observability and secure software development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Operations and Customer teams to align priorities.
