Job summary

Archer Recruitment is recruiting an Engineering Manager – .NET / C# to build and lead a new Dublin engineering team. You will own hands-on delivery while shaping architecture and technical strategy, working closely with product leadership.

You’ll start by leading 5 engineers and have plans for growth, with an emphasis on scalable .NET / C# solutions, SQL databases and high-availability integrations. This is a strategic build role in a fast-growing Irish tech company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in .NET / C#.
• 3+ years in Engineering Manager, Team Lead or similar.
• Strong system design and scalable architecture experience.
• Solid SQL experience with PostgreSQL or MS SQL.

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager or .NET Team Lead looking for a role where you can combine people leadership with hands-on technical ownership?

This is a rare opportunity to join an Irish-owned technology business backed by €50M in investment, as it enters an exciting phase of growth.

You’ll be the first engineering hire for a new Dublin team, initially leading 5 engineers with plans for further growth. You’ll have genuine ownership over team development, architecture, technical strategy and engineering standards rather than simply managing an established team.
