Job summary

You will partner across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver strategic projects, manage budgets and resources, develop talent, and ensure regulatory compliance through design controls and documentation reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of applicable experience, with 1+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience leading engineering projects in a regulated manufacturing environment and knowledge of design controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects focused on process improvement, automation, productivity, quality, capacity, and cost competitiveness.
• Plan, budget, resource, and execute projects across multiple business units to achieve project objectives.
• Develop, engage, and retain talent while supporting team members’ growth and development.
• Drive resolution of technical, business, and personnel challenges to achieve project and organisational goals.
• Communicate technical, business, and regulatory information to employees, stakeholders, external partners, and senior leaders.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to drive innovation and business results.
• Support cost centre budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities.
• Lead compliance activities, including adherence to regulatory requirements, procedures, design controls, and technical documentation reviews.
