Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature delivery across backend APIs (.NET Core / C#) and frontend (Angular).
• Set and enforce engineering standards: code quality, test coverage, API design, release readiness.
• Drive architecture decisions at feature scope: data modelling, service boundaries, API contracts, caching strategies.
• Lead incident resolution and blameless post-mortems for lasting fixes.
• Ensure features meet performance, scalability and reliability targets as per Platform NFRs.
