Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineers or technical teams.
• Hands-on production software experience in Python or Java.
• Delivery end-to-end ownership with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with multi-location or time-zone teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly managing and growing the Cork-based engineering team.
• Contributing to the functional and technical roadmap in partnership with regional counterparts.
• Partnering with fraud investigators, analysts, product managers, and business partners to gather requirements and priorities.
• Ensuring the team ships reliable, scalable production software and automation.
• Owning delivery end-to-end from planning to deployment and monitoring.
• Coordinating across time zones to keep a distributed organization aligned.
• Collaborating with the broader SWE organization to grow engineering craft.
