Job summary

Cylynt is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead two engineering teams focused on core data infrastructure and user-facing applications. You will oversee technical direction, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

The role requires strong backend and frontend expertise, mentoring capabilities, and hands-on experience with Oracle, React, Node.js, Python, and Elasticsearch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in a management role.
• Strong backend and frontend knowledge across stacks.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, React, Node.js or Python.
• Proven ability to scale cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow two engineering teams across data infrastructure and user-facing apps.
• Coordinate roadmaps, sprints, and delivery timelines for both streams.
• Ensure architectural and code quality across backend and frontend stacks.
• Drive documentation, testing, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and DevOps to deliver effectively.
