Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, with demonstrated experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on full-stack development background and technical leadership.
• Experience building, scaling and supporting large SaaS platforms or enterprise apps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across product, design and tech.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and vulnerability management is a plus.
• Product Owner experience or product-led development understanding advantageous.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, with demonstrated experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with previous hands-on experience across full-stack software development.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop software engineers within a high-performing technology environment.
• Experience developing, scaling and supporting large SaaS platforms or comparable enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development practices and modern customer-focused product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical and business priorities within a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating an engineering culture focused on accountability, professional development and continuous improvement.
• Previous experience within financial services or another large-scale technology environment.
• Product Owner experience or a strong understanding of product-led software development.
• Experience with Agile coaching, software delivery or engineering transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle principles and vulnerability management.
• Additional language skills would be advantageous.

Educational Requirements

• Third-level degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
