Job summary

Abbott Ireland Diabetes Care Division Donegal is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to manage a team of engineers and drive cross-functional projects across NPI, qualification, and manufacturing support. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Facilities, and Supply Chain to deliver compliant, safe, and impactful engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; chemical, mechanical, electrical preferred.
• 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or project leadership.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers and specialists across projects and NPI.
• Oversee manufacturing readiness, tech transfer, equipment implementation.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor teams, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery.
