Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering/manufacturing/project leadership.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record delivering engineering projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of engineers and technical professionals; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
- Deliver projects from concept to handover, including NPI and technology transfer; manage plans, risks and schedules.
- Support qualification/validation activities and ensure adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements; participate in audits.
