Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years in engineering/manufacturing roles.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
- Drive NPI and equipment qualification from concept to handover.
- Support qualification/validation, audits, and change control.
