Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Department and manage investments in machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement systems, procedures and protocols for quality and design control.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality systems compliance.
• Oversee asset management and budgeting, including capital expenditure.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and transfer knowledge to production teams.
