Job summary

Ipsen Dublin is seeking an experienced Engineering & EHS Director to join the Site Leadership Team in a hybrid Dublin setting. You will lead engineering, facilities, maintenance, utilities, EHS and IT/OT oversight to drive safety, reliability and site capability.

You will shape site strategy, manage capital investment programmes and build high-performing teams, while partnering with local and global stakeholders to deliver long-term value and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in pharmaceutical engineering and manufacturing.
• Strong background in engineering, maintenance, reliability and capital projects.
• Proven ability to lead complex teams and develop future leaders.
• Strategic thinking and strong financial/operational leadership skills.
• Ability to influence across functions in a highly regulated environment.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Site Leadership Team as Engineering & EHS Director.
