Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management/supervision on large-scale road or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural works and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Irish Building Regulations, planning processes and Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the NEC4 Project Supervisor in overseeing all construction assurance activities on site.
• Inspect and monitor workmanship, quality and safety across civil works including earthworks, drainage, bridges and structures.
• Ensure works comply with Works Requirements, specifications, Irish Building Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
• Support the establishment and leadership of the Engineering Assurance sub-functional area.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities of Clerks of Works within the team.
• Act as a key point of contact between site, project core teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Encourage knowledge transfer and collaboration across consultant and client teams.
• Support reporting requirements in line with governance and PMO expectations.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement and best practice across site activities.
