Job summary

Glanua is launching a Civil Engineering Graduate Programme in Ireland, designed for recent graduates. You will rotate through civil design, pre-contracts, project delivery and operations while gaining hands-on experience in water and wastewater projects.

The two-year programme combines live projects, mentoring and structured training, with potential international placements in Portugal or the UK. Competitive salary and professional development support are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, or expected completion before the programme begins.
Interest in water and wastewater industry and contributing to sustainable infrastructure.
Strong communication, teamwork, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work across locations and rotations.

Responsibilities

Participate fully in each rotation and support departmental and project objectives.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business and contribute to live projects.
Assist with research, analysis, reporting and process improvement.
Follow health, safety, environmental, quality and sustainability policies.
