Job summary

GKR Search and Selection is supporting an established aviation platform to recruit an Engine Technical Records Specialist. You will review complex aircraft and component records, support asset transactions, and collaborate with technical and operations stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy.

The role offers exposure to life‑limited parts, serialised components, and regulatory standards, with opportunities to develop technical expertise within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aircraft technical records within an airline, MRO, leasing, or aviation services environment.
• Strong understanding of life‑limited parts, serialised components, and aviation maintenance documentation.
• Good working knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and technical record standards.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new digital tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate technical records to support asset acquisitions, sales, and ongoing portfolio activity
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation packages for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse maintenance and component records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support the management of OEM technical documentation and related record systems
• Identify data discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvements in record quality
