Job summary

Ryanair, Europe's favourite airline, is seeking an Operations Manager to establish the Engine MRO function from the ground up. The role starts at our Engineering HQ in Dublin, progressing to the Engine MRO facility as operations mature.

You will lead the Operations team, align with Engineering, Construction and Facilities, and drive the shop to readiness. You will oversee recruitment, safety, quality, and productivity, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration in a multinational

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Engine MROs or aviation operations.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a large organisation.
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational set-up of the new Engine MRO from project phase to full operational readiness.
• Support development of facility layout, processes, equipment and standards.
• Support and deputise to the General Manager as required.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Facilities and other stakeholders during build and commissioning.
• Lead recruitment, development and management of the MRO Operations team.
• Manage day-to-day Disassembly and Assembly operations.
• Drive safety, quality, TAT, cost and productivity.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
