Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings in Ireland seeks a Deputy General Manager to lead the first Engine MRO shop, building a brand-new team and shaping flagship processes. Initial placement at the Engineering HQ in Dublin, then operation at the MRO facility, reporting to Head of Engine MRO and General Manager.

You will drive safety, efficiency, and innovation while ensuring regulatory and OEM compliance and delivering results at scale across 200+ engines annually.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Engine MRO experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong people and project management skills
• Passion for safety, quality, and efficiency
• A proven ability to deliver results at scale
• Unrestricted right to live and travel freely throughout Europe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, repair and cleaning of 200+ engines annually.
• Drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement as part of the senior team.
• Utilise new technology to establish processes ensuring performance and reliability.
• Review and support procurement of parts, tooling and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, company and OEM requirements.
• Manpower planning, recruitment oversight and forecasting for MRO staffing.
• Ad-hoc duties related to development of MRO.
