Job summary

CAE seeks a Team Leader in Engine Management Services to steer a dedicated team, manage projects, and drive performance in a fast-paced engineering environment. You will coordinate resources, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations while maintaining strong customer relations and delivering high-quality results.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, advanced aviation knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industry experience, preferably in Engine maintenance or technical services.
• Previous supervisory experience essential.
• Advanced knowledge of aviation regulations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of team including leave allocation and one-to-ones.
• Assignment of projects and resource management.
• Lead Engine projects and perform key tasks as part of project team.
• Oversee and manage projects assigned to your team including progress, cost and quality.
• Define and evolve internal procedures; support performance management.
• Liaise with customers and business development to grow client base.
