Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Manager to support an energy portfolio across EMEA, providing operational, financial and analytical support. You will validate invoices, track contracts and maintain dashboards and reports, coordinating with finance, commercial, legal and project delivery teams.

The role requires experience in energy, utilities or infrastructure, strong Excel skills and a proven ability to work with international stakeholders. Interviews may be in person or virtual.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, coordination or commercial operations within energy, utilities or infrastructure.
• Experience with invoices, financial data, contracts, reporting or operational trackers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel for data review and analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards or management information.
• Excellent communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Motivated to develop in energy portfolio and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, financial and analytical support across a growing portfolio of energy contracts in EMEA.
• Support invoice validation, contract tracking, operational reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Track key milestones and maintain portfolio documentation.
• Coordinate actions across finance, legal, procurement, commercial and project delivery teams.
• Build relationships with utilities, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements in reporting, data management and invoice validation.
