Job summary

Yuno Energy in Sandyford, Dublin 18, is recruiting a full-time Customer Experience representative onsite. The role offers a €29,000 base salary plus up to €5,000 in bonus, with the first month bonus guaranteed.

You will join a dynamic team in a growing energy company with a strong market presence. Key duties include handling 50–70 calls daily, resolving issues on first contact, building trust with customers, maintaining accurate records, and meeting SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience preferred.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50-70 incoming calls per day.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to resolve issues.
• Build relationships and trust with customers through open communication.
• Provide accurate information to customers and internal departments using the right tools.
• Meet personal/customer experience team SLA targets.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.
