Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role (essential).
• Confident, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Excellent attention to detail and high service standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion for customer care and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work weekends and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly with the bar and kitchen.
• Delivering friendly, attentive service and making every guest feel welcome.
• Keeping the bar and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly.
• Knowing the menu inside-out and confidently helping guests with recommendations.
• Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, can-do team environment.
• Assisting with set-up and close-down of service.
