Job summary

Sherpa Kids is hiring for a part-time role in Ireland, covering Before/After School and Holiday Club activities in schools. You will supervise children, help with homework, and lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities daily.

The role requires energy, a proactive approach, and a commitment to safety and inclusivity. Garda vetting is provided after interview, with two references required before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engage in a variety of planned activities indoors and outdoors.
• Bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities.
