Job summary

Smyths Toys is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing team in Ireland. You will manage end-to-end video production and social content across platforms, from ideation to publishing.

You should be confident on camera, skilled in mobile-first video editing (CapCut or similar), and able to analyse performance to inform strategy.

Salary is €35,000 per year with benefits including pension, life assurance, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing social media content across platforms (TikTok/Snapchat/Reels/YouTube Shorts).
• Strong video shooting and editing skills using mobile-first workflows.
• Comfortable performing on camera and guiding content strategy based on performance data.

Responsibilities

• Full end-to-end production of social videos from ideation to publishing.
• Analyse content performance and report insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with buyers to source products and locations for shoots.
