Job summary

Spencer Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a social media content creator to turn trending topics and online humour into engaging content for brands across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. You will spot what people are talking about and react quickly with posts and videos that feel natural to each brand.

You’ll work with the account team to develop creative concepts, maintain content calendars, and stay up to date with memes and cultural moments.

Qualifications

• At least two years in a social media creative role, in-house or agency.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content successful.
• Proven ability to develop original ideas and create engaging social content.
• Deep grasp of online culture, trends and humour.
• Understanding of effective influencer content.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Laptop and phone provided.

• Maintain each client’s brand voice and visual identity across social content.
• Manage multiple creative projects with strong organisation and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years’ experience in a social media creative role, either in-house or within an agency.
• A strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content successful.
• Demonstrated ability to develop original ideas and create engaging social content.
• A strong grasp of online culture, social trends and humour.
• An understanding of what makes effective influencer content.
• A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Early finish on Fridays.
