Job summary

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) are recruiting for Social Care Assistants in Grangebeg to support people with disabilities in residential and day services.

Contract options include Permanent Full time, Permanent Part time and 12-month fixed term. Full-time is 40 hours per week; part-time is 20 hours per week. Garda Vetting and police clearances apply; drivers licence and own car are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a QQI Level 5 Major Award or BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Community/Health or Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to residents and day attendees.
• Maintain individual support plans and follow agreed plans.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and written communication with colleagues and families.
• Adhere to Garda Vetting, police clearance, and reference checks.
