Qualifications

• Demonstrated caring approach and ability to support independence.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
• Use of a smartphone to check in/out visits is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks.
• Provide social and educational support to members.
• Support mobility, travel and companionship in members' homes and communities.
• Coordinate with ALS Coordinator/Scheduling staff as required.
