You will help balance supply across the region, collaborate with Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance, and ensure products are available where customers expect them. The role emphasizes inventory replenishment, production planning, and data-driven forecasting using advanced tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance supply across the EMEIA region.
• Strategise and execute inventory replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce obsolescence.
• Lead production planning to align factory outputs with market demand.
• Analyse demand patterns and forecast trends using advanced statistical tools and market intelligence.
• Coordinate and oversee supply movements across factories and regional hubs, guaranteeing optimal availability.
• Track and report KPIs and metrics to continuously assess and enhance supply chain performance.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Global Teams, Logistics) to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise supply chain processes and systems.
