Job summary

Apple in Cork, Ireland, invites applications for an Analyst role within the EMEIA Engineering & Operations Finance team. You will manage costs in outbound logistics and related supply chain areas while partnering with Operations, AppleCare, and other divisions to enable insightful decision-making.

You will provide KPIs and cost metrics, drive cost-reduction opportunities, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executives, working locally and with AMR/APAC peers to implement global initiatives

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong technical skills with an ability to deal with large volumes of data, developing reporting & practical experience of curating data visualisation dashboards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people.
• Possess candour and resilience to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provision of KPIs & Management metrics to help the business understand key cost drivers.
• Actively work with the business to find opportunities for cost reduction and optimisation and track savings.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with execs.
• Partner locally with the EMEIA Operations Finance teams to develop understanding of the overall business and drive reporting efficiencies.
• Partner cross-regionally with peers and seniors finance managers in AMR/APAC to develop and implement WW initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEIA Operations Finance management team.
• Deliver outstanding support to Business Partners for the EMEIA region and worldwide.
