Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare, seeks an experienced Supply Chain leader to drive regional Deliver Excellence across EMEA. You will mentor teams, optimize end-to-end order fulfilment and push analytics-enabled improvements within a complex network.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and capability building to enhance distribution, transportation and service levels across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• End-to-end supply chain experience with expertise in Order Fulfilment processes.
• Analytics-driven with experience implementing technology solutions.
• Possession of PMP or APICS Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA MT RDex team and coordinate distribution and transportation capabilities across the EMEA Deliver Network.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the EMEA MT Regional Deliver Excellence team.
• Lead EMEA MedTech Deliver Excellence to support EMEA MT Deliver operations.
• Drive continuous improvement via training, process maturity, value stream mapping and capability building.
• Collaborate with E2E SC to shape Value-Added Services strategy for MT Deliver in EMEA.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage the EMEA MT RDex (Regional Deliver Excellence) team and coordinate the successful build and application of Distribution & Transportation capabilities across the EMEA MT Deliver Network.
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the Johnson&Johnson EMEA MT Regional Deliver Excellence team.
• Focused strategic and functional leadership of the EMEA MedTech Deliver Excellence team to support the EMEA MT Deliver operations team.
• Enable a culture of continuous improvement and support of key EMEA MT Deliver strategic initiatives through training, process maturity assessments, value stream mapping and capability building.
• Partner with E2E SC to shape and develop the Value-Added Services strategy for MT Deliver in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced degree like MA and MBA preferred.
• Min. 10 years in end-to-end supply chain related disciplines with deep expertise across core Order Fulfilment processes
• Background in driving insights through analytics and implementing technology solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business fluent in English, fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or relevant logistics/transportation certifications.
