Job summary

Match Group seeks a Senior Director of Social Media to lead Tinder’s regional social and integrated marketing strategy across EMEA from Dublin. You will shape paid, owned and earned media, partnering with US leadership and country heads to drive cohesive campaigns that resonate locally and globally.

You’ll drive innovation across platforms, manage influencer strategies, and align with Legal and Marcomms to elevate Tinder’s voice and impact across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level experience within an EMEA scope for a global brand with a strong social media track record.
• Ability to translate creative vision and business goals into scalable social strategies and campaigns.
• Experience working with agency partners or major global media platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tinder’s editorial, creative, and influencer strategy across EMEA, balancing regional consistency with local nuance.
• Drive owned and earned media focus and optimize organic presence across platforms and markets.
• Serve as regional point of contact for platform partners on editorial and content strategy.
• Break down silos, scale best practices, and improve cross-market efficiency and impact.
• Embed social design in campaigns with influencer and talent strategy across multiple sectors.
• Identify cross-market opportunities and scale successful initiatives regionally.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to maintain cultural relevance and Gen Z resonance.
• Provide strategic leadership in a matrix organization and guide regional Marcomms teams.
