Job summary

Match Group in Dublin seeks a senior lawyer to join Tinder Legal as Director, Sr. Counsel for EMEA+. You will lead local legal support on brand marketing, product compliance, partnerships, and PR, translating creative concepts into executable, compliant initiatives.

You will partner with regional leaders to manage cross‑functional teams, draft and negotiate contracts, oversee privacy and IP matters, and drive scalable legal resources while fostering fast, responsible business growth.

Qualifications

• You hold a law degree and are licensed to practice law in Ireland.
• Significant relevant legal experience, ideally in‑house marketing or consumer‑facing teams.
• Experience advising across multiple jurisdictions with practical, business‑oriented guidance.
• Strong experience in marketing, advertising, media, tech law, and partnerships.
• Comfort with privacy, IP, digital and influencer regulations in the consumer internet space.
• Curious, supportive, business-forward mindset delivering practical legal advice.
• Adaptable, client‑service oriented in fast‑moving environments with proactive communication.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance drafting, research, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Legal Support and Strategy for Tinder EMEA’s Marketing and Communications teams and campaigns.
• Provide strategic legal advice to minimize risk on creative concepts and partnerships.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with partners and vendors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, privacy, IP and data security.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Develop scalable templates, playbooks, and guidance materials for EMEA marketing.
• Drive process improvements and responsible use of AI in legal workflows.
