Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Service Marketing leader to drive the EMEA Service Marketing strategy and shape the future growth of the service business. You will partner with Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to develop competitive offerings and execute campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

You will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define priorities and enable revenue growth, while leading service sales enablement and branding initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, or a related field within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and commercial growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments, creating structure and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EMEA Service Marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Create competitive service offerings and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
• Provide market insights through customer feedback, research, and industry analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Lead service sales enablement initiatives, including training, engagement activities, and sales tools.
• Support global service branding, communications, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with Operating Units, regional teams, and senior stakeholders.
