Job summary

Dexcom Ireland seeks a Channel Lead, Channel Management, to translate EMEA channel priorities into scalable governance and execution plans. You will drive distributor onboarding, governance cadence, and KPI-driven performance visibility across markets.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and country teams to remove barriers and enable growth, while maintaining strong commercial judgment and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12+ years of related experience.
• Experience in medical technology, healthcare, pharmacy, distributor, or indirect-market environments is an advantage.
• Ability to convert strategic priorities into clear operating processes, tools, and governance routines.

Responsibilities

• Translate agreed EMEA channel priorities into practical operating processes and governance routines.
• Coordinate distributor onboarding, evaluation, and onboarding readiness across markets.
• Design and maintain scalable playbooks, templates, calendars, and digital tools for partner management.
• Track channel performance, vendor capability, contract adherence, and compliance with KPI visibility.
