Job summary

Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited seeks an EMEA Scheduling Manager to lead regional scheduling strategy, governance and continuous improvement across the data center portfolio. You will establish standards, enable on-schedule delivery, and partner with multiple teams to drive visibility and accountability.

This role requires strong CPM knowledge, stakeholder management, and experience with Primavera P6, Procore Scheduling and BI tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or similar technical focus.
  • Experience in data center or mission critical facility delivery and scheduling.
  • Advanced knowledge of CPM, schedule risk analysis and recovery planning.
  • Ability to develop scheduling standards, governance and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and senior stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the EMEA scheduling strategy for the data center portfolio.
  • Establish scheduling standards, governance and best practices across EMEA.
  • Lead contractor performance reviews and schedule quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with cost controls, commissioning and BI teams to align project controls.
  • Drive schedule governance, audits, and executive-level reporting.
