Job summary

Myn is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team, based at our HQ in Slane, Ireland, supporting major Data Centre projects across Europe. You will develop, manage, and maintain project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong planning expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive progress across teams to deliver milestones and maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale projects.
• EU citizenship or ability to travel within the EU.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with scope, milestones, and resources.
• Monitor progress against baselines and address risks and delays.
• Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time updates for planning.
• Lead planning meetings with stakeholders to align timelines.
• Adjust sequencing and resources to improve efficiency and milestones.
• Incorporate scope changes into schedules with commercial and delivery teams.
• Generate and distribute progress reports to site leadership.
• Support risk mitigation by identifying schedule impacts.
• Develop short-term lookahead programmes for ground activities.
• Maintain planning data and documentation per requirements.
