Qualifications

• Experience in business or data analytics with a focus on capacity planning or similar planning domains.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to align goals across demand planning, finance, construction, and software teams.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and delivering measurable process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain BI dashboards for data center capacity planning and utilization.
• Develop predictive models for power, cooling, and space requirements using BI tools.
• Create automated reporting systems for capacity vs. demand analysis.
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives spanning infrastructure planning and business intelligence.
