Job summary

Ripple is seeking an experienced RFP Specialist in Dublin to lead regional proposal operations for EMEA on a 12-month contract. You will manage RFPs/RFIs, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure timely, high‑quality responses that win deals.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance and Security teams, build a scalable content library, and drive consistency with Ripple Treasury’s messaging and brand voice across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in proposal management, RFP response, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Outstanding written and oral communication with demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling value messages.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to increase win rates.
• Complete Information Technical Questionnaires (ITQs) for existing clients for audit and compliance purposes.
• Execute RFP/ITQ workflow including delegation of questions, project tracking, Loopio management, formatting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
