Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to own the EMEA positioning for our CAD/CAM/PLM software. You will adapt global narratives to regional segments and feed insights back into the global story.

You’ll run discovery with mechanical engineers and designers, partner with Campaigns and Growth Marketing to create demand, and lead regional launches with localized messaging and enablement across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in product marketing for technical B2B software.
• Technical depth in CAD/CAM/PLM or adjacent software.
• Strong messaging craft and ability to validate with customers.
• Customer-obsessed approach with preference for hands-on discovery.
• Fluency in English; German/French or another major European language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA positioning and messaging for regional segments and industries.
• Lead discovery conversations with engineers and designers to capture pain points and language.
• Partner with Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Growth Marketing to power programs.
• Be the voice of the EMEA market to product, PMM, and regional sales.
• Lead regional launches with localized messaging, enablement, events, and adoption.
• Create technically credible content, demos, and use-case narratives.
