Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a growth-focused leader to own the EMEA acquisition and conversion funnel for our Fusion product, driving signups, trials, and paid subscriptions with revenue accountability.

You will partner with marketing, product, and campaigns to run tests across digital, email, and in-product experiences, localize pages and flows for Germany, UK, France, Italy, and Nordics, and report on performance across markets.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in growth marketing or growth PMM at a B2B SaaS or PLG company.
• Hands-on with campaigns, conversion copy, experiments, and dashboards.
• Analytically rigorous with data-driven budgeting.
• Experience marketing in multiple European markets; English required; German preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA acquisition and conversion funnel end-to-end with revenue targets.
• Sharpen Fusion's PLG motion in EMEA for self-serve onboarding and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to select channels per market with data-driven priorities.
• Drive localization of landing pages and onboarding flows for key markets.
• Partner with PMM, Campaigns, and Demand Gen to run growth experiments across channels.
• Build analytics frameworks to measure signups, activations, and revenue by market.
