Job summary

Bentley Systems, Incorporated, based in Ireland, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA with a focus on Western Europe. You will partner with local payroll providers and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll.

This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with cross-country payroll, and the ability to resolve discrepancies. You will handle calendars, changes, and year-end activities, and contribute to payroll

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll across EMEA, especially Western Europe.
• Familiarity with country-specific payroll requirements and external providers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with local payroll providers to ensure service levels and issue resolution.
• Manage payroll calendars, inputs, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, validate, and submit payroll changes including hires, terminations, bonuses, deductions, benefits, and leaves.
• Review payroll calculations, registers, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile payroll results with HR/Finance and resolve discrepancies.
