Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the EMEA entities. You will ensure compliance with statutory regulations, drive payroll improvements, and mentor junior colleagues while delivering accurate, timely payroll results.

In this hybrid Dublin role, you will partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, Equity and Tax to resolve complex issues and implement new processes. Fluency in English and strong data integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in EMEA multi-country payroll.
• Senior-level with mentoring ability.
• Experience with Workday or Dayforce; payroll system upgrades a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and data reconciliation.
• Strong statutory and tax knowledge across jurisdictions.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as senior contact for payroll providers, guiding resolution of complex issues.
• Manage calendars, inputs, approvals, and documentation for payroll cycles.
• Validate inputs for hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, deductions and benefits.
• Review provider calculations and variance reports for accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Equity and Tax on payroll matters.
• Provide training and backup support to Payroll Specialists.
