Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced operations professional for EMEA Labor Relations. You will coordinate multi-country projects across the region, maintain robust reporting and dashboards, and design scalable templates and playbooks to standardise workflows across jurisdictions and teams.

You will own core operational processes, drive AI-driven automation, and help evolve Slack-based tooling while preparing concise materials for senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in ES, Legal Ops, HR Ops, or operations with a strong track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programmes with rigour.
• A systems thinker: document, standardise, and replicate effective processes.
• Comfortable with AI-powered tools and curiosity for automation.
• Strong written communication; able to translate complex processes into clear docs.
• High integrity; transparent stakeholder relationships and commitments.
• Interest in operational excellence creating value across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-country projects across EMEA — timelines, deliverables and milestones.
• Maintain reporting, data integrity, and management-ready dashboards.
• Design and document standardised templates, playbooks, and intake processes that scale across jurisdictions and teams.
• Prepare briefings and materials for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional ES teams on shared process improvement initiatives.
• Own and improve core operational workflows and AI-driven automation tools.
• Contribute to the evolution of Slack-based tooling as an AI-powered platform.
