Vantive is seeking a Senior Medical Director to shape medical strategy across EMEA, including a hands‑on leadership role for a key cluster. The position requires deep critical‑care expertise, scientific credibility and the ability to drive change with cross‑functional teams.

You will collaborate with global experts, commercial, R&D and other partners to advance evidence generation, education and product development while maintaining rigorous ethics and patient value.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree with specialist or fellowship training in critical care or vital organ support.
• Deep clinical and scientific expertise in acute care, renal replacement therapy, or related therapies.
• Senior Medical Affairs experience in evidence generation, medical education and external engagement.
• Strong executive communication and change leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the EMEA medical strategy for Acute and Vital Organ Therapies and align with regional priorities and enterprise goals.
• Act as senior medical lead for a key EMEA cluster and coach Medical Affairs colleagues.
• Provide authoritative expertise across critical care including CRRT and related therapies.
• Build trusted peer relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators and societies.
• Translate clinical evidence and external insights into practical strategy, education and tools.
• Lead or support evidence-generation initiatives, real-world data and congress activities.
• Partner with global and regional teams on lifecycle strategy, launches and future innovation.
• Represent EMEA Medical Affairs in senior leadership forums and influence cross-functional decisions.
