Job summary

Workday is seeking an experienced Advisory and Analytics Expert to partner with the EMEA Marketing team, turning data into actionable insights that drive conversions, pipeline impact, and overall business performance. You will synthesize complex data and guide the analytics portfolio to support strategic initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, and finance roles.
• Proven expertise in marketing principles, practices, and strategies.
• Deep understanding of marketing and sales principles in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, AWS, or similar systems.
• Proven proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau and/or Sigma) and SQL.

• Synthesize data into actionable business recommendations to drive data-based decisions.
• Guide and consolidate the analytics portfolio with insights for the EMEA region.
