Job summary

Datavant is seeking an experienced EMEA Human Resources Business Partner to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover from November 2026. Based in Galway on a hybrid basis, you will partner with Product and Technology leaders and teams across EMEA, supporting Ireland, the UK and broader regions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior generalist HR role.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with VP leaders and people managers, providing practical advice on organisational and people-related matters.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, team structures, role changes and talent development.
• Lead complex employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, disciplinary processes, and absence management.
• Coach managers through sensitive people matters, ensuring issues are addressed with discretion and in line with employment law and company policies.
• Drive regional HR projects, policy initiatives and change management across Ireland, UK and broader EMEA.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to local People teams and partners with HR, Legal, TA, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Finance.
