Job summary

Anthropic Limited in Dublin is hiring a Recruiter, GTM to own full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and GTM roles across EMEA, with a focus on London, Paris and Munich. You will partner with GTM leaders to define hiring standards, build pipelines in markets where roles are new, and close candidates who have competing offers.

You will run intake sessions, screen candidates, engage active and passive candidates, and manage structured interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s high hiring bar.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting GTM or customer-facing roles in UK and European markets.
• Strong stakeholder partnership with senior hiring managers in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to build technical depth quickly for Applied AI roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches with high quality under volume.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and GTM roles across EMEA, focusing on London, Paris and Munich.
• Run intake sessions to scope roles, calibrate expectations, and challenge hiring managers.
• Screen candidates against JD with technical judgment to differentiate strong profiles.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates, building diverse pipelines where talent is scarce.
• Run structured, candidate-centric interview processes that uphold hiring bar.
• Collaborate with Talent, People Partners and Compensation to structure offers and close candidates.
• Monitor pipeline health and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Help build hiring playbooks for Applied AI and GTM teams as the organization scales.
