Responsibilities
- Oversee NAV calculations and supervise TPAs under SLAs.
- Maintain control environment and monitor KPIs and service reviews.
- Lead breach reporting, root cause analysis and remediation actions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting to Boards.
- Drive product development initiatives for fund administrations.
- Develop talent and manage performance within the team.
