Job summary

Telnyx is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to collaborate with enterprise customers across EMEA, delivering production-grade AI and communications solutions on Telnyx's platform.

You will architect, implement, and deploy real-time AI workloads, including voice assistants, LLM integrations, and edge compute deployments, while guiding customers through POC to production handoffs and ensuring data residency and compliance.

Qualifications

• CS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Exposure to SIP, WebRTC, VoIP, real-time communications.
• 3+ years building software, infrastructure, or in technical consulting.
• Based in Europe or willing to relocate to EU markets.
• Legally authorized to work in relevant country, or eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship production systems on Telnyx's global network across Telnyx services.
• Build and deploy AI workloads, including AI Voice Assistants and LLM-powered apps.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture sessions, POCs, pilots, and production launches from whiteboard to go-live.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and leadership to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
