Cadence Design Systems in Dublin seeks a Finance Manager to join the EMEA Controller Team in a shared services environment. You will oversee a small accounting team and partner with regional colleagues to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role covers US GAAP and statutory reporting, tax compliance, and month-end to year-end closes. Strong GAAP knowledge, leadership, and fluent English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified accountant – ACA/ACCA, 4-5 years PQE preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Considerable experience of financial statement preparation.
• Good working knowledge of GAAP.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of 2–3 qualified accountants.
• M&A integration management.
• Financial accounting and close processes.
• Monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and ownership of P&L.
• Quarter-end reporting and fixed asset accounting.
